Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hi 10x Hub, we aim to provide transparency in our refund and cancellation processes. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing or making any payments.

 

Hi 10x Hub's Inner Circle Membership Refund Policy

  • The ₹12,499 fee covers 90 days of premium match-making, platform access, and one reputation building video.

  • Refund requests must be submitted via the official refund form before the 90th day after your joining date.

  • You must complete your profile in full without any omissions, you can take the help of the demo help videos for completing your profile in case there’s any difficulty and respond to minimum communication from the support team of Hi 10x Hub to be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be considered in case of inactivity, delay in profile setup, or missed/in-correct communications.

  • All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • All membership fees collected by Hi 10x Hub are solely towards providing members with value-added services such as AI-powered business matchmaking, networking, revenue generation, reputation building and revenue generation. These fees are service-based and in no way constitute deposits or fall under the purview of the Deposits Act of the Government.

1. General Policy

All payments made toward Hi 10x Hub memberships, events, AI match-making access, or franchise applications are non-refundable unless otherwise specified under special cases listed below.

 

2. Membership Cancellations

  • Members may cancel future renewals by sending a written request at least 7 days prior to renewal.

  • No refund will be issued for the current billing cycle, partial usage, or missed benefits.

 

3. Refunds for Failed Transactions

  • If a payment is debited but service access isn’t granted, please report it to support@pro10xhub.com within 72 hours.

  • We will resolve failed transactions within 5–7 working days.

 

4. Event Ticket Cancellations

  • If you cancel your registration 7 days before an offline or virtual event, 50% of the ticket fee may be refunded.

  • No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event date.

  • If the event is cancelled by Hi 10x Hub, 100% of the ticket price will be refunded.

 

5. Franchise/Partner/Investor Applications

  • Franchise and partner application fees are non-refundable after documents and on-boarding have been initiated.

  • In rare cases (such as eligibility rejections or duplicate payments), partial refunds may be processed after approval by management.

 

6. Duplicate Payments

If you have been charged more than once for the same service, please contact us with proof of transaction. Once validated, the excess amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

 

7. How to Request a Refund

Write to: support@hi10xhub.com with:

  • Full Name

  • Email and Phone

  • Transaction ID

  • Reason for Refund Request

  • Supporting documents/screenshots

 

8. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if approved, will be:

  • Processed via the original payment method

  • Credited within 7–14 business days

  • Subject to payment gateway or banking delays

 

9. Changes to This Policy

Hi 10x Hub reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with the revised date.
